Our work creates an equitable world where Girls on the Rise participants are bold, fearless, and confident in their skills of leadership, professional development, and self-efficacy to achieve their highest goals and aspirations.
College Ambassador Program
The College Ambassador Program’s mission is to guide young women professionals as they unlearn the debilitating, preconceived notions of what it means to be a woman in the professional world.
Women on the Rise
Women on the Rise (WOTR) brings women in leadership, entrepreneurs, and young women professionals together to network, build relationships, share stories, and educate one another.
Sickle Cell Disease Education & Research Campaigns
Sickle Cell is an issue close to our hearts and will always be a part of our legacy work. Sickle cell disease is an inherited blood disorder that damages red blood cells, affecting 1 out of every 365 African Americans.
